Warranties

We provide the following guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, within 30 days from receipt of the product.

Return and Refund Policy

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • To qualify for a refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it – unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • We do not provide refunds if you change your mind.
  • If you are planning on returning an order please email us at sales@zuri-inc.com.au to request a return authorization number.

For our customers’ protection, we maintain a very high level of quality control on products shipped out of the Zuri Designs Inc warehouse. Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and the product is defective. In the event you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately so we may work to remedy the situation.
