The ‘Minstrel Love’  mold is a large silicon mould for resin. This 3D silicon mould is also suitable for all types of modelling clay and in  polymer clay craft projects . It can be safely used with food decoration mediums such as chocolate or fondant.

Our silicon molds are heat resistant (temperatures up to 240 Celsius), microwave, refrigerator and freezer safe.

Tips for using the silicon molds

For better results, when using this silicon mold for resin we recommend that you apply a release agent first, for example a thin layer of cooking oil spray. If you are using the mold for polymer or air-dry clay we recommend that you apply a fine layer of cornstarch, talcum powder or water on the mold before filling it with clay.

Why Minstrel Love

During European medieval times, minstrels performed songs which told stories of distant places or of existing or imaginary historical events, romances, dalliances. Although minstrels created their own tales, often they would memorize and embellish the works of others. But what happened when THEY fell in love?

Our Minstrel is so enamoured, for once he is lost for words. His gentle gaze lovingly sweeps over his angel, as he holds his breath in anticipation of the first love’s kiss.

Why Medusa

In Greek mythology, Medusa was a monster, a Gorgon, generally described as a winged human female with living venomous snakes in place of hair. Those who gazed upon her face would turn to stone. Then again, we think that femininity is beautiful and timeless, in any shape or form it takes, so we created our own version of the Medusa just as we imagined her.
